All our equipment comes with an instruction manual and is easy to assemble. Even so, we always recommend using specialised, approved technicians for the job. Grupo Emar is covered by instruction 8/2007 on the certification of petroleum installations.

The warranty on our equipment covers two years in accordance with European regulations, except for equipment that has been misused by the user. Grupo Emar equipment that has been tampered with by technicians not approved by our brand is also excluded from this warranty.
At Grupo Emar we have a service network across Spain that is available to our customers.
We also offer maintenance contracts for customers who require them.
We do not accept carriage-forward shipments; all shipments to our premises must be carriage paid and duly notified.
Any queries our customers may have will be dealt with by telephone or email from our central workshop, where we have specialised technicians.
